We want you to love your Nicole Swim pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms can only be returned if the protective liner is intact and has not been removed.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at nicoleswim.ae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour. Simply mention in your return email which item you'd like instead and we'll do our best to accommodate.
