Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
We recommend measuring your bust, waist and hips and comparing to our Size Guide. Nicole Swim pieces are designed for a sleek, second-skin fit. Choose based on your largest measurement, and size up if you prefer more coverage.
My measurements fall between two sizes — what should I do?
If you’re in between, we suggest sizing up. Our satin-finish fabric has minimal stretch, and it’s always better to have a little extra room than not enough.
Do the tops and bottoms need to be ordered in the same size?
Not necessarily. Many customers order a different size for their top and bottom to match their proportions. Each piece is sold separately so you can mix and match freely.
Do the bandeaux provide enough support?
The Palm Bandeau is structured with internal boning for lift and support. It’s designed to stay in place for poolside wear. For more active use, we recommend the Triangle Top with adjustable ties for a more customisable fit.
Will the fabric stretch or lose shape over time?
Our signature satin-finish fabric is crafted to hold its structure wash after wash. With proper care — hand washing cold and laying flat to dry — your pieces will maintain their shape and colour for seasons to come.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Dubai, UAE. We dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days to Europe, 7–12 business days to the US, and 4–7 business days within the GCC and Middle East. All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping to Europe on all orders. Shipping to other regions is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@nicoleswim.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nicoleswim.com. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms are only eligible for return if the protective liner has not been removed.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@nicoleswim.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and confirm your return is authorised before you send anything back.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — just get in touch at hello@nicoleswim.com and we’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it fully.
Product Care
How should I wash my Nicole Swim pieces?
Hand wash cold using a gentle detergent. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleaching, or wringing. Rinse thoroughly after each use in the pool or sea to remove chlorine and salt.
Can I put my swimwear in the washing machine?
We strongly recommend hand washing only. Machine washing — even on a delicate cycle — can degrade the satin-finish fabric and cause colours to fade prematurely.
How should I dry my swimwear?
Always lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging pieces by their ties as this can distort the shape over time.
Will the colour fade?
Our satin-finish fabrics are colour-fast, but prolonged exposure to chlorine, sunscreen and direct sunlight can cause fading over time. Rinse after every use and store away from direct light to preserve vibrancy.
How should I store my swimwear?
Lay flat or roll loosely — avoid folding on the same crease repeatedly. Store away from direct sunlight and in a breathable bag or drawer, not compressed under heavy items.

Many of our prints and colourways are produced in limited quantities. Once a piece is gone, it’s gone. If something catches your eye, we always recommend adding it to your cart sooner rather than later.
